Tri-TESOL Individual registration (closed)
Carefully complete the form which follows to register as an individual for the Tri-TESOL Conference. Since almost all of the conference planning committee members are volunteers, it's important that the information be accurate as we do not have time to correct mistakes and follow up with emails.

After you submit your information (the next page), you will then be redirected to the payment page. Registration is NOT complete until payment has been made.
Regular registration (from October 1 to October 16)
- Full registration ($195) — includes conference sessions on Friday afternoon and all-day Saturday, Friday evening keynote and reception with hors d'oeuvres, and Saturday lunch, snacks and afternoon hors d-oeuvres during the Publishers’ Raffle.
- Saturday only ($125) — includes all Saturday sessions, snacks, lunch and afternoon hors d-oeuvres during the Publishers’ Raffle
- Friday only ($85) — includes conference sessions on Friday afternoon, Friday evening keynote and reception with hors d'oeuvres
- Add Friday morning school visit (+$25) — includes transportation and Friday lunch. See details HERE.
On-site registration (day of the conference but subject to space availability)
- Full registration ($205) — includes conference sessions on Friday afternoon and all-day Saturday, Friday evening keynote and reception with hors d'oeuvres, and Saturday lunch, snacks and afternoon hors d-oeuvres during the Publishers’ Raffle.
- Saturday only ($135) — includes all Saturday sessions, snacks, lunch and afternoon hors d-oeuvres during the Publishers’ Raffle
- Friday only ($95) — includes conference sessions on Friday afternoon, Friday evening keynote and reception with hors d'oeuvres
After you submit your information, follow the instructions to complete payment by credit card or by Paypal. (A Paypal account is NOT required to pay by regular credit card.) Make your payment choices based on the information above. Upon submission of payment, you will be sent an automatic receipt via e-mail. You are encouraged to bring this receipt to the conference for confirmation of payment.
Registration fees may be refunded up to 48 hours prior to the conference. After that we cannot issue refunds. We order supplies and lunches in advance and the food service does not give refunds for cancellations.
Even if you are not a member of any particular association, please indicate which association you have had a connection with, such as attending a conference, receiving a newsletter, on a mailing list, etc. If you are not sure, just designate based on your general living area, i.e., Washington for WAESOL, Oregon for ORTESOL or British Columbia for BC TEAL. This information is crucial for our financial record keeping and to help with future conference planning.
IMPORTANT: If your credit card has a different name than the person registering, please indicate that clearly in the Comments/questions field on the form on the next page. It's important that we match the registrant name with the payee (credit card) name for our records.
